Master Edits in Different Film Clips
1. Parallelism in Forrest Gump
This scene in Forrest Gump shows parallelism because in his flashback, a very similar scene of a younger version of himself.
2. Leitmotif in Frozen 2
This short clip shows the leitmotif in the Frozen Two. As the shots of the title and then the sisters with the trolls appear, the song "Do You Want to Build a Snowman?" Starts playing in the background, which is a nod to the first frozen movie.
3. Simultaneity in Frozen
This clip of frozen was a scene where both sisters are singing "For The First Time in Forever." This is Simultaneity because the event is happening at the same time. Both are singing at the same time, but in different locations in the kingdom.
4. Contrast in Moana
This video of Moana restoring Te Fiti's heart shows the contrast because Te Fiti transitions from lava and volcanic rock to green and lush. The sky also clears up, showing great contrast all around.
5. Symbolism in Coco
This scene of Miguel shows symbolism because the guitar is the symbol that transfers between the alive and dead. The guitar is shown throughout the movie as a symbol of Miguel's dead and living family and Miguel's aspirations.
